Thus InventaTRO was born, a new international Experience agency part of Omnicom. Antonio Magaraci: «This opens a new chapter for Inventa with the possibility of competing in markets outside of Italy»


The agreement that led to the birth of Inventa TRO is made official today. The acronym was born from the meeting of the Italian Inventa, which has been operating in the Marketing Communication sector for 28 years, with TRO, the international Experience Agency with 16 offices located in Europe, Asia, and Australia.

TRO, like Inventa, is part of the Omnicom Group and boasts over 35 years of experience, with a global growth of 29% in the last year. TRO is also recognized as one of the most important international companies, counting among its clients brands such as BMW, Mini, Nissan, British Airways, Shell, and Nike, with which it has achieved global success and received the appreciation of numerous juries of international awards such as Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, IMC Grand Prix and EEMAX Award.

Inventa has proven to be the most suitable partner for TRO’s entry into Italy. Complementary experiences and skills that integrate perfectly have given life to Inventa TRO. Over the years, Inventa has constantly renewed its offering, proposing ever-new projects and tools to interpret the continuous evolution of the services required by the market. A strategy rewarded by the economic results – double-digit growth for over 5 years – by the expansion of the team by over 15% and by the presence of talents that have allowed it to receive important recognition also at an international level, including several IMC Awards.

The result of the agreement between these two agencies is a reality that will revolutionize the concept of “Experience Agency”. A counter-trend point of view, through which the new Inventa TRO aims to grow «by 20% Year on Year in terms of profit over the next three years», Magaraci continues. «We have the expertise, know-how, and practicality needed to face new challenges, among which we especially count the possibility with TRO to be able to access international tenders. What we hope will be invoiced, we will then promptly reinvest in professionalism, to be increasingly prepared to face and cope with every customer need».

The debut of the newly formed Inventa TRO will be an important international project that will see the light on the occasion of the Champions League final in Milan. Concerning this, Magaraci reveals further: «Officially we are working on a client for this project, but this has already activated another assignment, so the clients we will communicate will probably be 2».
