Design a program capable of engaging European trade channels to increase the retention of Piaggio Group’s original spare parts.

THE EXPERIENCE

We conceived and developed the first Loyalty Program for the Piaggio Group, a marketing and communication initiative designed to support commercial objectives.

An evolving project that strengthens the relationship between Piaggio and its Network, while increasing the share of mind of Piaggio products within the Aftersales target market.

Key benefits of the project included a dynamic catalog available to all countries, temporary rewarding mechanics, and continuous monitoring of dealer and dealer manager results and performance through business intelligence tools.
