An innovative co-marketing collaboration between Elena Mirò and Privalia led to the creation of the first flash sale with a physical location. This was the first experiment in a Phygital campaign, moving from the virtual to the real world, with in-store delivery within an hour and city-wide delivery within three hours.
Four days of events within the flagship store, with one main goal: to create a shopping experience that combines the distinctive features of the two brands. In a completely redesigned store, our staff, along with the shopping assistants, guided customers in selecting and assembling outfits, while also assisting them in making online purchases using Privalia’s e-commerce platform.
