THE CHALLENGE

From an innovative co-marketing collaboration between Elena Mirò and Privalia, the first flash sales with a physical address was born. This was the first Phygital campaign experiment. From virtual to real with the help of an in-store delivery within an hour and in town delivery within three hours.

 
THE EXPERIENCE
Four days of events inside the flagship store had a unique goal: the creation of a shopping experience that combines perfectly the different characteristics of the two brands. In a completely redesigned store, our staff, together with shopping assistants, guided the customers. They helped them when choosing the products; created outfits and helped them with online shopping using Privalia's e-commerce platform.
