Viola Incerti, Junior Designer in Inventa TRO is the winner of the first edition of the Elephant Prodige Award organised by ADC Group during the Best Event Award 2019.

The Elephant Prodige Award is a competition that aims to recognise the talent and creativity of the next generation of event professionals. It is aimed at young creatives up to the age of 28 coming from agencies, companies, freelancers and students.

The brief this year was launched by the Bauli Group for a Live Communication project. Participants in the competition were divided into pairs to shape the project. The evaluation criteria were: being able to demonstrate the best creative idea, the production plan, consistency with the values of the company, the media or the non-profit organisation; effectiveness in creating relations with stakeholders; the way of engaging the target audience and the communication plan.
The candidates had eight hours to design it and fifteen minutes to present it to the client brand, who chose the winning team.
