Assistenza Casa is a client with an innovative offer, positioning itself someplace between professional assistance and insurance. The challenge for us was to raise brand and product awareness through an efficient concept and a 360° communication campaign, including ATL, BTL, and Digital.
We've redesigned the website's content strategy and also the user experience,, We redefined the ways that we wanted to use to communicate the product offer and optimized the navigation flow, focusing mainly on lead generation.
We developed and implemented a 360° communication campaign that was activated with online and offline touchpoint. We used radio ,DEM and paper DM but also digital display advertising on social media and in-store activations inside shopping malls.
The collaboration with the client has been the key to success. Workshops and co-design sessions have helped us to understand what the real needs were so that we could create effective solutions and a trustworthy solid relationship that we believe will last.
